It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willliam Barman (Saint Louis, Missouri), who passed away on March 15, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Enos Barman and Lucy Mae Jaco Barman; his children, Gene "Elgie" Gowers, Gary Gowers and Janice Carol Gowers; his sister Barbara Barman; and his siblings-in-law, Archie Haffer, Claude Haffer, Raymond Haffer, John Doss, Wanetta Haffer, Hallie McConnell, Melba Doss and Gladys Hammond.

He is survived by: his wife Ruby Haffer; his son David Gowers (Cielo) of St. Louis, MO; his brother John Barman of St. Louis, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Floyd "Bud" Haffer of St. James, MO, Ruth Thomas of St. Louis, MO and Fern McClain (Bob) of Steelville, MO. He is also survived by other relatives; and many friends.
