He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth McGregor (Barbara) of Grand Rivers, KY and Edward "Eddie" McGregor (Betty) of Madisonville, KY; his sister-in-law Adrianne McGregor of Madisonville, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Matt McGregor, Robbie Fulkeroon, John McGregor, Candice McGregor and Andria McGregor.
