He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marchant, Sr. and Katherine; his former wife Jane; his sons, Michael and David; and his sister Katherine.

He is survived by: his wife Jill; and his children, Kurt Penney, Chuck Jureka, Jane [Todd] Bennett and William Penney III. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors.
