He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ellen Mihalcik, Helga Hottinger, Josephine Garrow, Paul Leo Garrow, Joseph John Mihalcik Jr. and Harold Hottinger (David); his aunts, Jo-Ellen Clark and Ruth Banks; his uncle Randy Garrow; and his niece Eliza Nordman.
He is survived by: his fathers, Norbert Miller of Festus and William Michael Sams Sr. of Escondido, CA.; his fiancé Tera Chimento; his children, Ethan, Gavin and Azalea; his stepchildren, Madison and Shailyn; his siblings, Christina Nordman (Zachary Cavanaugh), Stephanie Sams, Jason Miller (Crystal) and Timothy Sams; his niece Alexis; and his nephews, Joseph, Cody, Justin, Jasper, Liam, Grayson, Drew, Dustin and Dean.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1315 Abbey Ln, Pevely, MO 63070). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the American heart association.
