He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Allen and Louise Allen (Windsor). He is survived by: his wife Betty Mertens; his daughters, Laura Allen of Colorado Springs, CO. and Nancy Reichert (Bob) of Yorkville, IL; his grandchildren, Ashley Cabrera (Genaro), Bobby Reichert and Andrew Reichert; and his brothers, Chuck Allen of St. Louis, MO and George Allen (Sue) of St. Louis, MO.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
