He is survived by: his wife Debra Vincent; his son Jeffrey Seay (Vicki); his grandson Damien Seay (Novie Sneed); his cousin Bill Alstadt (LaDonna); his brothers-in-law, David Warner (Paula), Douglas Warner (Carol) and Dennis Warner; his nieces and nephews, Melanie, Shawn, Ellis (Emmy) and Christine Warner; and his friend Wes.
