She is survived by : her husband Charles Hines; her children, Cathy Gauerke (Daniel), Chuck Hines (Deb) and Whitney Turner (Dale); her grandchildren, Corey Turner (Audrey), Brent Turner, Kelsey Turner and Casey Hines; and her siblings, Shirley Smith (Phyllis), Jerry Smith (Carolyn), Larry Smith, Bobby Smith and Lois Bell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Susan G Komen Foundation.
