He was predeceased by: his parents, William Price Hansel and Annie Catherine Hansel; his former wife Nellie Hansel; his grandchildren, Brandon O'Leary, Elizabeth Williams, Alex Fisher and Melissa Fisher; and his siblings, Harry, James (Cleveland), Hawkins (Charles Alva), Richard Hansel, Maude Wenger and Eliza Todd.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hansel of Cedar Hill, MO; his children, Michael Hansel (Mae) of Lake Sherwood, MO, Gregory Hansel (Heather) of Union, MO, Jessica Venable (Michael) of Battlefield, MO, Claudia Fisher of Sullivan, MO and Tammy McIntire (William) of Hermann, MO; and his stepsons, Michael Raglin (Ginger) of Old Monroe, MO and James Blackburn (Nicole) of Old Monroe, MO. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
Interment was in St. Clare Catholic Cemetery, St. Clair, MO, Memorials may be made to the Cedar Hill Peach Pantry, 8100 S. Industrial Drive, Cedar Hill, MO 63016.
