She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Gale Thacker and Ina Lue Thacker Sellers (Bybee); and her sister Cynthia "Candy" Thacker. She is survived by: her siblings, Leona Thacker of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Janet Johnston of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Marvin Thacker of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her close friends, Tammy Schoenwalder and Karen Wasser; and her pets, Molly and Ellie. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews; six great-nieces and nephews.
