He was predeceased by: his parents, John Krejci and Georgia Krejci; and his brother Jack Krejci. He is survived by: his wife Donna Krejci; his children, Jennifer Davis (Barry) and Thomas Krejci; his brothers, Hank Bauer (Janet) and Bill Krejci (Susan); and his granddaughters, Alison Davis and Abigail Davis.

Memorial donations may be made to any charity of choice.
