He was predeceased by: his wife Jessea L. Carney; his parents, John Carney and Ethel Carney; and his siblings, Robert Moyie, Franklin Carney and Shirley LaFerney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Sneed (James), Karen Emig (Robert) and Cynthia Gipson (John A.); his grandchildren, Rebecca Hampton (Joel), Traci Rice (Nicholas), Matthew Emig (Meghan), Ashley Emig, Sarah Gipson, Jordan Gipson, Emelya Gipson and Jayden Gipson; and his great grandchildren, Kyler, Madaleigh, Ezekiel and Ellie.
