He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Petrosky and Pauline Petrosky (Vrtiak). He is survived by: his former wife Mary Kathryn Weis; his son Ryan Petrosky of Edwardsville; and his grandchildren, Ryker and Sloane Petrosky.
