He was predeceased by: his father Jack Dean Radcliff. He is survived by: his wife Erin; his mother Nell; and his children, Maddie, Hillary and Will. He is also survived by his brothers and sister, three step-children, and grandchildren.

“I saw this incredibly sad news in the Nashville paper yesterday. Tom played golf with me and David Huff, Darryl Granner, and Oscar Crofford for maybe 5 years every Saturday at Legends in Franklin. TN. Tom was known by us all for his great sense of humor and his occasional temper flare ups when the golf ball didn’t do what he told it to. I am so sorry for your loss. While Darryl and Oscar retired and left the Nashville area many years ago, David Huff and I remain in TN. Paul Anderson.”
