He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Dodge and Doris Dodge (McAdam). He is survived by: his children, Julie Ward (Tom) of St. Louis and Nicholas Dodge (April) of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Madison Dodge, Joseph Dodge, Grace Ward, Julia Ward and Stella Ward; and his pets, Rommel, Ruby and Gus.
