He was predeceased by: his wife Margot Coughlin; his parents, Thomas Coughlin and Lucille Coughlin; and his son Christopher Coughlin. He is survived by: his children, Denise LaBarge, Cindy Hennessey (Joseph Lenac), Stephanie Oneal (Stephen) and Sean Coughlin (Laura); his sister Sister Kathleen Coughlin; and the mother of his children Patricia Coughlin. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
