Jack Tejcek wrote a sympathy message

“Scoutmaster Extraordinaire 'Stevie' has, in the words of the Founder of Scouting Lord Baden Powell, "GONE-HOME". Physically imposing, deep voiced figure, with an enormous IQ to match; yet as gentle a soul as anyone on this orb. He taught sight-impaired Scouts to accurately shoot .22 rifles and later would revel at evening campfires leading songs, singing lyrics both forward and backwards. As a NYLT Commissioner he got to see his Grandson graduate the course; he was so proud! God Bless, SJG!”
