He was predeceased by: his wife Chrissy Hereford. He is survived by: his son Andrew Hereford (Martha Hereford); his grandson James Hereford; his son Nicholas Hereford (Erin Hereford); his granddaughters, Caitlin Hereford and Evangeline Hereford; and his uncle Steve.
