She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Vitale and Steve Vitale; her sons, Paul R. Mulholland and Michael J. Mulholland; her grandchildren, Lauren M. Mulholland and Steven T. Mulholland; her siblings, Fara Vitale, Josephine Buffa, Genevieve Self and Rosalia Nicolosi; and her brothers-in-law, Joseph Buffa and Floyd Self.
She is survived by: her children, James L. Mulholland III, Kathleen A. Mulholland, Stephen T. Mulholland, Phyllis M. Thompson, Helen E. Craig and Karen L. Mulholland. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
