She was predeceased by: her parents, Purvis Patterson and Ernestine Patterson; and her brothers, Purvis Patterson, Jr. (Buck) and Robert Patterson. She is survived by: her husband Louis; her sisters, Betty Jean Patterson Shadrick (Henry), Dianne Yvonne Dowell and Tamara Alisa Patterson of Kansas City; and her sisters-in-law, Kathi Patterson, Marilyn Scott, Barbara Woodson, Vanessa Coleman, Edith Aulton (Lester) and Mary Young. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins, and friends.
