She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Look and Louis Look; her grandmother Alena Wein; her brother Larry Look of Down's Syndrome; the father of her children Chuck Kranzberg; and her husband Nedwyn Nelkin.
She is survived by: her children, Sheldon Kranzberg, Lynn Kranzberg Shafton, Brian Kranzberg (Pamela), Ken Nelkin (Teresa) and Joy Wieder (Scott); her grandchildren, Perry, Alex Kranzberg, Adam, Daniel Shafton, Taylor Kranzberg (Samantha), Ryan Nelkin (Savannah), Melissa Dietrich (Travis), Cory Nelkin (Namita), Shira Hinden (Zack), Seth Wieder (Kelsey) and Carley Wieder; her great grandchildren, Ella, Avery Nelkin, Cora, Eve Dietrich, Mia, Claire Nelkin and Hope Hinden; and her caregivers, Chris, Kim, Teamika and Pamela.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (6900 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO 64118). A shiva will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Village Shalom Chapel (5500 W 123rd St, Leawood, KS 66209).
