She is survived by: her children, Colby Graves and Kaileigh Graves; her parents, Paul Ketchum and Marilyn Merkle; her brothers, Jesse Merkle and Jeff Rogers (Rachel Davidson); her nieces and nephews, Brandon Merkle, David Merkle, Madison Rogers and Caitlyn Rogers; her uncle Bill; her aunt Karen Swinhart; and her cousins, Shanon Swinhart (Tony Ventimiglia), Autumn Green and Nicole Green.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to offset funeral expenses may be made to Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd., Saint Louis, Missouri 63125 in Samantha's memory.
