She was predeceased by: the father of her children Rev. Nicholas Zipay, Jr.; and her siblings, Katherine "Kate" Shebik, Emily Susnic, Marie Fabry and Rev. John Kucera.
She is survived by: her children, Nicholas John Zipay (Patricia L.), Mark Christian Zipay (Rita M.), Ruth Katherine Zipay, Rebecca Ann Zipay and Rev. Joel Steven Zipay (Laura J.); her grandchildren, Patti Terry, Rebekah Zipay, Sarah Barton (Charles), Christiana Zipay, Mark Christopher Zipay, Julie Beck (Matt), Katherine Zipay Gass (Brian), Anna Zipay and Naomi Zipay; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Terry, MaKayla Warner, Emma Warner, Jason Warner, Isaac Barton, Sophie Beck and David Beck. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church (7100 Morganford Road).
