With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Klaven (Saint Louis, Missouri), who passed away on September 24, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome Klaven; her parents, Abe Lazarus and Lily Lazarus; and her siblings, Helen Gardner (Sam), Raymond Lazarus (Esther), Edward Lazarus (Rosa Lee), Daniel Lazarus (Marcella) and Louis Lazarus.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Almas (Larry), Donald Klaven (Sandy) and Nancy Valente (John); her grandchildren, Shaun Almas (Wendy), James Almas (Holi), Curtis Almas (Lisa), Marshal Klaven (Christina), Jeremy Klaven (Sarah), Jacob Klaven (Natalie) and Hannah Valente; and her great grandchildren, Gage, Hoyt, Paris, Tyler Almas, Gabriella, Hallie, Ruby, Tamara, Maya and Noam Klaven.
In San Francisco, CA, after succumbing to Covid-19.
