She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lurie; and her parents, David Basin and Dora Basin. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Lurie Turner (Willard Schachter) and Bruce Lurie; her grandchildren, Marc Turner, Stacey Acree (Eric), Tamara MacLean (Kent) and Brett Lurie; her great grandchildren, Carson and Ryan Acree; and her siblings, Sylvia, Cele and Norman.
