She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennifer Vierling and Michael Singer; and her brothers, Patrick and Roscoe Singer. She is survived by: her husband Richard Bland; her children, April L. Duncan-Singer, Tyler E. Bland and Bailey R. Bland (Jeffrey Borton); her sister Carrie Hancock; and her grandchildren, Maddison, Jayce, Ayden and Mason. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
