He was predeceased by: his parents, Robijn Hornstra and Betty Hornstra of Kansas City. He is survived by: his children, Robijnson (Katie) and Joseph (Sally Hornstra); and his siblings, Ian Hornstra (Emily) and Beth Allen (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
