He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mattingly and Beatrice Mattingly. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Mattingly; his daughters, Debra Kuelker (Eugene), Patricia Ulmer (David), Barbara Kelly (Donald), Laura Rider (Glenn) and Jeanne Miller (Paul); his brothers, John, Jim "Matt" and Mark Mattingly; and his grandchildren, Melissa McDowell (Jason), Rob Mattingly (Jessica), Ryan Kelly, Nick Rider (Kristen), Lou Kuelker (Kathryn), Jake Ulmer (Carla), Mark Kuelker, Sean Kelly (Amy), Christy Weiss (Zach), Matt Kuelker (Courtney), Beth Shaver (Justin), Anna Schaefer (Tommy), Brittany Miller, David Kuelker (Allyson) and Trent Miller. He is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren.
