He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Charles Henkel Jr. and Ellen Ross Henkel (Bristol); and his siblings, Richard and Mary Ellen Bolen. He is survived by: his friend Kay Dulle; his siblings, William (Judith) and Sarah Ann Henkel; and his siblings-in-law, Heejin Henkel and Robert Bolen. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews and friends.
