He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemary Maxwell and Harry Maxwell; his grandparents, Georgella and James Adams; and his sister-in-law Margaret Matthews.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiara Adams, Lauren Adams and Angel Peoples; his siblings, Reginald (Alberta), Carmen (Charles), Michael Darnell (Teresa), Kenny and Marta; and his stepsisters, Lynn and Twanda. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
