He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard and Dorothy Stapfer, Sr. (Hanlenkamp); and his wife Rosemary Ada. He is survived by : his children, Walter Stapfer, Christopher Stapfer (Carol Weber), Theresa Nelson, William Stapfer and Joseph Stapfer (Kelly); and his grandchildren, David, Mike, Nicholas, Ashley, Angela, Josh, Annabell and Kelsie. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
