He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McAlister Sr. and Ruby Hillard. He is survived by: his friends, Vernell Green of Saint Louis and Andrew Robinson of Conroe; his niece Marilyn McAlister Davis; and also, Gwendolyn Ann McAlister, Letricia McAlister Guillory and Larone McAlister Smith. He is also survived by one great nephew, one great-great nephew, two great-great nieces, and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A burial was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
