She is survived by: her siblings, Marion, Lois and Elmer (James); her children, Herman Clark Jr., Carlos Carter, Helen Louise Carter, Carla Marie Leach (Michael), Carlene Suzette Carter, Lisa Ann Carter, Maurice Robert Carter and Paul Carter (Keky); and her siblings, Michael Darnell West (Beatrice), Linda Ann Banks, Laverne West, Rosalia West and Kenneth Bernard West (Debbie). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
