He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas S. and Grace M.; and his brother Thomas Rathmell. He is survived by: his spouse Robin Carter; his children, Christina [Cristopher] Cristea, Lisa, Donald Willis, Matthew Rathmell, Amanda, Jeff Reynolds, Andrew [Julianna] Rathmell and Katherine [Tedd] Rathmell Lowe; his grandchildren, Alexandre Cristea (Brenna), Andrew Cristea, Aidan Cristea, Abigail Cristea, Jameson Reynolds, Joshua Reynolds, Tobias Rathmell, Aurora Rathmell, Connor Lowe, Gabriel Lowe and Brittany Lowe; and his siblings, Charles [Sandy] Rathmell and Deatra [Thomas] McCarroll. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
