It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia L. McNamara of Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence McNamara and Rose Marie McNamara (Sue); and her son Mitchell L. McNamara. She is survived by: her siblings, Larry McNamara (Tina), Karen Hanske (Steve), Tim McNamara (Karen) and Matt McNamara (Shannon).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
