O'Connell, Jr. (Dutch); her children, Tim (Chris), Mike (Carol), Matt (Patty), Eileen (Ralph Yates) and Peggy (Chris Campbell); her grandchildren, Megan TJ, Colleen (Jake O'Connell), Justin, Ryan (Steven O'Connell), Kaitlyn (Kevin O'Connell), Ben (Luke) and Taylor Thompson (Determan); her great grandchildren, Rory O'Connell, Dawson O'Connell and Cora Lehner; and her brothers, Kenneth Feld (Vera) and Jack Feld (Betty).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Pat's name to Capital Caring Hospice.
