She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph V. Mancuso; her son Salvatore Mancuso; her sister Irene May (Frank); her sister-in-law Josephine "Skipper" Mancuso; and her grandson Vincent "VJ".

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Foy, Joseph Mancuso and Vincent Mancuso (Jennifer); her sister Mary Lou McElroy (Don); her sisters-in-law, Rose "Chubby" Butler (John) and Tina "Tiny"; her grandchildren, Larry "LJ" Foy, Alexandria, Adrianna, Giovanna, Chela, Gabriella, Salvatore J and Joseph A; her great grandchildren, Donavon, Gage, Liliana, Evelyn and Michael; her daughter-in-law Carla Mancuso; and her husband Joe.

Burial: Friday, April 25th at 12:15 pm Bellerive Gardens Cemetery 740 N. Mason Road Creve Coeur, MO 63141, In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Pat's name to an animal charity of your choice.
