She was predeceased by: her husband James M. Fahey, III; her parents, Vernon C. Blaylock and Hester L. Blaylock; and her husband Monroe. She is survived by: her children, Curtis J. Gabris and Michele M. Sakamoto; her grandchildren, Kyle C. Gabris, Zachary J. Gabris, Dr. Michael J. Gibson-Light (Karyn), Jordan T. Martin, Daniel "Alex" Sakamoto (Kearsten) and Tiffany E. Sakamoto; her siblings, Vernon Blaylock (Daphne) and Nancy Louise Gross (late Doyle); and her nieces and nephews, Christopher Blaylock (Leslie), Clifford Blaylock (Lisa), Andrea Harrison (Brett), Patricia Mueller (Lee), Joseph Morris, Aaron Gross (Kristen) and Kelly McHoney (Doug).
Memorials may be made in Patricia's name to St. Vincent DePaul - St. Louis Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 all visitations and services will be private.
