He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Arlene D.; his children, Edward, Robert (Sharon), James Berberich and Mary Hastey; his grandchildren, Josephine Reale (Jeff), Jessica Berberich, Nicholas Hastey and Jacob Hastey; and his brother William D. Berberich.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Otto's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation or the St. Louis Veterans Home Assistance League are greatly appreciated by the family.
