He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Lee MacKenzie; his parents, Ralph MacKenzie and Rose MacKenzie; and his brother David MacKenzie. He is survived by: his son Mike MacKenzie; his grandchildren, Kaylan Derrington (Sam), Braden MacKenzie and Morgan MacKenzie; and his siblings, Jean Stoneman and Jennifer Cook.
