Nahoma T. Wallace, Sr. 94, of St. Louis. Born in Osceola, Arkansas. Nahoma Sr. worked a variety of jobs including; welding, Ammunition Plant, City Transit St. Louis Bus Driver, United States Post Office Clerk, St. Louis Police Department Officer Reserve, General Motors, Court Bailiff and the first African-American to retire from the St. Louis County Deputy Sheriff Office.

Nahoma Sr. was very ambitious, intelligent and wise. He was a protector. Responsible and Hardworking. He is survived by his children Gwendolyn (Stanley) Nahoma Jr. (Vicky), Marc Sr., Shirley (Gary), Priscilla, Donald Sr., and Lloyd; his grandchildren Carla, Persephone, Rhonda, Nahoma III, Marc Jr., Cheryl, Darius, Alicia, Alan, Karl, Donald Jr., Angela, Rhea, Sean; a host of great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
