He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Barkon and Anabel Barkon; his wife Judy Barkon; his daughters, Melissa (Dan), Heather (Myles) and Rebecca; his grandchildren, Dylan, Ryan, Devon, Lauren, Brandon, Melissa, Ellen and Anabel; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Mabel. He was also cherished by his wife and daughters.
