He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gloria Midkiff; his parents, Charles Midkiff and Della Midkiff; his children, Vicky Midkiff, Don Midkiff (Cyndi), Cecil Dale Midkiff, Craig Midkiff, Dale Dean (Kirstie) and Jeannie Anderson (Miles); and his grandchildren, Heather, Josh, Kayleigh, Kellie, Jessica, Jamie, Alyssa, Nick, Blake, Breanna, Maya and Evan.
