We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2020, at the age of 91, Mary Johnson of Saint Louis, Missouri, born in Sparta, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland and Callie Sims (Myatt); her siblings, A. T., Clevie "Bill" Sims, Lela M. Alexander and Vesta L. Jordan; and her daughter-in-law Donna L. Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband Harold E. "Pete" Johnson; her children, Steven Ray Johnson (Amanda) of Ste. Genevieve, MO and Linda Sue Govero (William) of St. Louis; her grandsons, Eli, Ben and Tyler; and her sister-in-law Gayle Vroman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family requests that all in attendance wear face masks and practice social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mary Ruth's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Annapolis-Lewis Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
