She was predeceased by: her husband George Karl Metz; and her parents, Edward Wehner and Veronica Wehner. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Metz (Beverly) and Julie Furlong (David); her grandchildren, Connor, Ashley, Kathryn, Andrew and Ryan; and her brothers, Edward Wehner (Bernice), Richard Wehner (Debbie) and Mark Wehner (Genita).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
