He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin L. Hughes, Sr. and Virginia Nurre Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Hughes; and his siblings, Kathy Higgins (Paul), Michael Hughes (Glenna), Dan Hughes, Joanie McCarthy and Ginger Eichhorn (John).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary (6464 Chippewa St, St. Louis, MO 63109). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Seven Holy Founders Catholic Church (6741 S Rock Hill Rd, Affton, MO 63123).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marty's memory to Mount Grace Convent "The Pink Sisters" would be greatly appreciated by his family.
