She was predeceased by: her spouse Darwin L. Price; her parents, Edward J. Boonshaft and Helen Boonshaft; and her sibling Benje Boonshaft. She is survived by: her children, Gary Green, Suzy Green (Alan Weinstock) and Candice Green (David Schoenfeld); and her grandchildren, Danielle, Heather Green, Zachary, Benjamin Weinstock, William, Max and Daniel Schoenfeld.
