She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Allan Barrow; and her children, Nancy Miller (David), Carolyn Moody (Charlie), Amy Huenemann (Joel), Wendy Barrow, Toby Eckert (Victor) and John Barrow. She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Oak Hill Presbyterian Church or the American Red Cross in Peggy's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
