She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Dana (Joe Caputa) and Amy; her daughter-in-law Debbie Lewis (late John Lewis); her grandsons, Ryan (Cara Lewis), Justin (Gina Caputa) and Colton; her great grandchildren, Florence, Masyn, Henry, Eleanor and Dominic; her husband John Wayne Lewis Sr.; her parents, Louise Boyer and Homer "Charlie" Boyer; and her siblings, Margie Presson, Joe Boyer, Pat Hoffman, Donnie Boyer and Vickie Loraine. She was also cherished by her siblings and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
