He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lonnie G. O'Neal and Betty R. Jackson; his grandparents, Lonnie and Susie O'Neal; his wife Janet Brinson; his adoptive parents, Lonnie O'Neal and Susie O'Neal; his siblings, Ronald O'Neal, Sr., Sears Barnett, Paul Jackson and Jacqueline Rivers; his children, Robert O'Neal, James O'Neal, Lance O'Neal Jr. and Anaye O'Neal; his siblings, Charles O'Neal, Alva Johnson, Lana O'Neal, Lisa Allen, Lonnae O'Neal and Serena Barnett; and his adoptive son Derek Hornaday. He was also cherished by other nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
