He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Lichtenheld and Reba Lichtenheld (King); and his former wife Jean (King). He is survived by: his wife Pat (Pope King); his brothers, Bob, Jack and Rick; his children, Karen Patton (Tom), Chris Ohlemeyer (David), Mark Lichtenheld, Susie Archeski (Greg) and Sandy Ellis (Mark); his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Michele, Michael, Evan, Sydney, Blaine, Maggie and Kirk; and his great grandchild Dylan.
